The Kingston

Kingston is a condensing boiler that produces some of your electrical power whilst heating your home and providing hot water, these products are often referred to as combined heat and power (CHP) or at domestic scale, microCHP.

The Kingston microCHP appliance is a heat led domestic heating appliance designed to be installed in a conventional system comprising a hot water storage cylinder.

The appliance is a modular design, with the microCHP power module being mounted separately within the appliance case for both ease of installation and service.
The appliance has single gas fired burner capable of utilising both natural gas and LPG and provides heat preferentially to the organic Rankine cycle circuit or power module to convert the heat into heat and power.

One of the benefits of the modular design and single burner is the capability to provide a secure heat mode, which means if for any reason electrical power is not required or the power module is unable to deliver power to the mains, all the heating capacity of the product can be delivered through the boost heat exchanger, this provides added security of heat for the homeowner.

The Kingston product is being manufactured in partnership with well-known and highly regarding suppliers to ensure a high quality product.
